Hi, I’m Teresa, avid Disney fan, and mom to a college student. I grew up in California, about an hour away from Disneyland. Our annual trips to the park were the highlight of our year for me and my brother. We loved everything Disney, and couldn’t wait to go back every year to ride every ride, run wild on Tom Sawyer’s Island, and be dazzled by the Main Street Electrical parade and fireworks. After I got married, I moved to Texas, so I was not able to get my Disney fix as often. 

We dreamed of experiencing Walt Disney World, and we were finally able to make the trip when my daughter was five. It was so amazing to experience the Disney magic again through the eyes of a child experiencing everything for the first time. She loved meeting all the characters, experiencing the fantasy of flying over London on Peter Pan’s Flight, running wild on Tom Sawyer’s Island like I had as a child, going on safari, and watching the sky light up with fireworks. We have made many trips to Disney World, Disneyland and California Adventure since then, and every trip has been magical in its own way.
